Here are services we DO NOT OFFER:

Pirate Software - We absolutely will not operate on any computer that has a pirated operating system, and we will not repair an application that appears to have been stolen. We DO offer many free alternatives to many commercial applications, so if we see an application, or operating system that appears to have been pirated, we can help you comply with the law.
Network Drops - We are not licensed electricians. In the state of Maryland you MUST have a Master Electrician License, or a Limited Electrical License in order to run ANY cable in a home or office. We DO know many licensed electricians and we would love to help you with your network and phone needs.
Hardware Repair - Except for a FEW exceptions computer hardware is not repairable, it is much easier and less expensive to replace hardware that has failed. We DO have the ability to order spare parts, or help you solve your hardware needs if a replacement part is not available.
Furniture Moving - Except for getting a few light things out of the way, DO NOT expect us to move a piece of furniture that you would not feel comfortable crashing to the floor... Insurance doesn't replace memories.
Web Site Development - Yes, we know we have an awesome website, but it is something that we have spent hours of our own time making. We are too detail oriented to do other peoples' websites... sorry.
